Excellent and perfect location with the train station very close to the hotel.

Wi-Fi was bad.

We loved staying 4 nights here. It was an incredible base for our great stay. The staff was nice and excellant all the time. Our small room with a single bed, the shower, as for instance was new-fashioned. The location of the hotel was marvellous and brilliant - around 10-15 minutes walk from a regional museum.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with the train and bus stations just a 5-minute walk away. The staff at the hotel were wonderful and very helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and the dining and lounge areas were nicely appointed.

Felt very welcome during my stay, with nothing to complain about.

I recently stayed at Residence Little Sevigne for a few days, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is centrally located, with the train and bus stations just a 5-minute walk away. The studio room I stayed in was small but incredibly clean and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and nicely appointed dining and lounge areas. However, what stood out the most was the staff. They were incredibly nice, wonderful, and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel very welcome and ensuring that I had everything I needed. a great stay with a great location, cleanliness, and friendly staff!

The location of the Residence Little Sevigne near the train station was fantastic. I booked a family room with a single bed, which was just what I needed.

We stayed in a new unit with a great shower and a comfy single bed, and the location was fantastic, near the central station, restaurants, and the city center.

Mind-blowing location near train station, restaurants, and library/museum. Super spacious and wheelchair-friendly room with huge shower and microwave. Jaw-dropping shared kitchen with individual storage and locker in the fridge. Wow staff, very kind and helpful. 24-hour reception and security. Flat-screen TV, lift, and pet-friendly. No smoking. Strong Wi-Fi.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with many restaurants nearby. It is also very close to the train and bus stations, making it convenient for travelers. the room was new, clean, and modern, with comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. the shared kitchen and dining facilities were spacious and well-equipped, allowing guests to prepare their own meals.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a residence in Rennes and it was an amazing experience. the rooms were lovely, with a cozy living room and terrace where I could enjoy my meals. the kitchen was well, equipped with everything I needed. the best part was the location, as it was very close to Gare de Rennes and just a short 10, 15 minute walk from the city hall. the staff at the residence were extremely welcoming and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. They even accommodated my request for early check, in and were readily available if I had any concerns. Cons: Nothing to complain about at all. 😊.

The rooms at Residence Little Sevigne are just what I needed to feel connected with nature. With a desk for my laptop, a flat-screen TV for some downtime, and a private bathroom for convenience, I felt right at home. The bed linen and towels were clean and cozy, making for a comfortable stay.

Personally, I found the showers a bit small, but hey, that's just me. Others might still find enjoyment in them.

The location was also convenient, being only a short walk from the train station and within walking distance of the city center. The possibility to cook meals in the common kitchen downstairs was a great bonus. the internet in the room was fast, allowing me to stay connected.

Although the room was comfortable, it was a bit dimly lit, which may be a preference issue. The sound insulation was not perfect, but it didn't pose a major problem.

The room was mind-blowingly clean and modern with a super cool shared kitchen equipped with private storage. The location was jaw-droppingly convenient near the station and surrounded by amenities.
